Meet BEAM: A New Energy Healing Session at the Spa

BEAM Energy Session with Megan Quasim

60 minutes | $145

There’s a new way to unwind at Elmhirst’s. We’re happy to welcome Megan Quasim to our spa team with BEAM, a 60-minute energy healing session made for anyone who needs to slow down, breathe, and feel like themselves again.

Megan Quasim is an Energy Medicine Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher with over a decade of professional experience in energy work. She created BEAM, an intuitive approach that brings together energy work, nervous system support, guided meditation, breath, and gentle guidance.

A BEAM session is an opportunity to slow down, settle your body, and reconnect with yourself. Megan works intuitively with the body’s energy field, supporting the release of stress, tension, and energetic patterns that may leave you feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or simply out of balance.

Each session is unique and may include hands-on or hands-off energy work, sound healing, breath and colour therapy. The experience is gentle, restorative and deeply personal, designed to complement other wellness practices such as massage, bodywork and spa therapies.

Guests often leave feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded and deeply relaxed.

What to Expect

You’ll stay fully clothed and rest comfortably on a treatment table while Megan guides you through breath and meditation. From there, she works intuitively, sometimes with light touch and sometimes just above the body, and may bring in sound healing or colour therapy. All you need to do is relax.
