Spring Yoga & Wellness Retreat: A Celebration of Connection

Celebrate the women in your life—and the wisdom, love, and connection you share—at our heart-centred Spring Yoga Retreat in honour of Mother’s Day.

Enjoy a well-rounded blend of gentle, all-levels yoga, meditation, self-reflection, and nurturing wellness practices. Our classes and workshops are designed to be accessible and enriching for everyone, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have a longtime practice.

  • A variety of yoga practices designed to suit all levels. (Not all classes are accessible if you have mobility concerns.)

Yoga practices are designed to suit all levels and are led by Catharine Tombs of ‘Wellness in Bloom’. The yoga sessions offered throughout the weekend are thoughtfully designed to accommodate a range of abilities and needs. For those with more limited mobility or who find floor-based or standing practices challenging, a chair yoga class will be offered on Saturday to ensure everyone can participate fully. Our instructor will offer modifications and personalized guidance to help meet the unique needs of our guests. For Solo Guests: Enjoy your own private bedroom while sharing a cozy cottage with other women. Perfect if you value personal space while still being part of the community experience.
