Farm-to-Table Freshness
With 2 onsite restaurants, we are proud to serve our guests and the local community with locally sourced or farm raised food and drink. Dine in casual elegance in our Hearthside Dining Room, or a casual family friendly pub atmosphere patio at the Wild Blue Yonder Pub and Patio.
Our resort is also a large working farm with animals raised and produce grown on site. These foods, known as Elmhirstās Own, are solely for consumption by our kitchen. We also maintain partnerships with local suppliers to round out our menu offerings and reflect our commitment to sustainability. Please take a tour when visiting and keep an eye for:
- Angus Beef, turkeys and Pekin ducks
- Chickens
- Harvested vegetables featured seasonally
