Aqua Yoga Classes

Enjoy the benefits of Yoga in the water! Let the ease of the water help you transition into various yoga poses in the shallow end. Aqua Yoga combines various yoga positions with the use of water to help balance and work on multiple muscle groups. You will be guided through a series of stretching exercises, transitioning into multiple yoga sequences, and concluding with a relaxing Savasana.
