Taking a walk on the WILD side…

Wild Womenā€™s weekend is so popular with our guests, that this year, we added a second! That meant that for two weekends in November the resort was taken over by groups of friends, sisters, aunts, cousins and more Wild Women that were up for outdoor adventure and indoor cozy relaxation.

After getting settled in to their cottages, we kicked the weekend off with a welcome reception in The Wild Blue Yonder Pub. We had a full house, and capped off the evening with an outdoor wintery campfire with hot chocolate and great conversation.

We love to surprise our Wild Women with fun outdoor activities. This year, we had Pumpkin shooting with expert guidance by Peter Elmhirst and Senior Rooms Lead, Katie Van Bruinessan and an Archery lesson with Bill from local Saugeen Shafts.

Wild Women have been busy trying some invigorating sports and the mood was pure fun. Sarah led the group in some belly dancing lessons with J.S. McPherson playing the drums!

Thank you to our guest vendors who set up shop right here at Elmhirstā€™s so that our guests could get right down to some shopping business. Holiday ideas by:Ā Poppy & Peonies,Ā Centre & Main Chocolate Co., Joanne Tupperware Consultant,Ā Epicure, Electric City Hockey with Chris Jay Williams, Janice Dunn (Christmas Crafts), and a book signing with Anne Marshall (Author).

Our two SOLD OUT Wild Women Weekends were a blast. Spa time, relaxation a pajama party and Bingo were just a few more things we added to the weekend fun.

Thank you to all our Wild Women for both weekends –
We had so much fun hosting your group!
