Members of our Food & Beverage and Culinary team gathered to taste flights of wine in pursuit of selecting wines for our upcoming wine list revision. Our team is well versed in sharing their appreciation & knowledge of the wines we feature and the staff wine tasting will help our team create an even better experience for our guests.
Our staff tasters were kept unaware of the wines’ identities in the evening’s blind wine tasting. Sampling 1 1/2 to 2 oz. of each wine, tasting and applying ratings on a scale of 1 (poor or low) to 5 (great or high) and making notes on Appearance, Aroma, Body, Taste, Finish and deciding potential value of each wine to sell based on totals.
All critical to helping our guests choose wines to pair with our menu.
