Boat and Motor Rentals
Rice Lake offers many opportunities to our guests for power boating fun. We’ve also got you covered with our many Always Free Activities that include kayaks; stand-up paddleboards; canoes; and daily water skiing/tubing during the summer.
Boats are available for rent to our guests by the hour, day, weekend or week. We have 2016 Harris Pontoon boats, Princecraft Fishing/Touring boats, and electric start 9.9hp motors for our 14’ aluminum boats.
Boat rentals are limited to weekly bookings only through June, July and August for the convenience of our guests. At other times, weekend rentals run from Friday from 5pm through to Sunday and 11am. Call Guest Services at 1-800-461-1940 to reserve.

Harris Pontoon Boat
This boat comes with a 50hp outboard motor and offers plenty of space and carrying capacity. It’s perfect for fishing, and offers two seats at the bow, two at the stern, as well as a livewell. The onboard built in stereo also allows you to connect your own music with an audio jack. Enjoy the day of cruising, swim off the rear platform, do some fishing or find a quiet cove for a picnic.
Policies
- All renters need proof of competency, which includes a Pleasure Craft Operators Card or a dockside checklist.
- A $1000 security deposit is taken on each rental.
- Gasoline and taxes are additional.
- A booking deposit of $125 is taken at time of booking.
- Weekend rental: Friday at 5pm – Sunday at 11am.
- Fishing guides are available.
- Docking for private boats is available.
