Elmhirst’s Resort offers guests an authentic escape from the everyday on the beautiful north shore of Rice Lake, only 90 minutes from Toronto. Through five generations of family ownership, we’re proud to support our Kawarthas community with delicious food and drink, much of which is grown here, raised here, caught here or sourced nearby.
We offer incredible experiences including farm to table dining, waterfront activities, over 240 acres to explore – not to mention the wine tasting in our underground wine cellar, skating on the lake, sleigh rides, and lots of cozy comfortable cottages that are perfect in every season.
