We were excited to host local photographer, Margaret Hamilton’s exhibit, part of the recent SPARK Photo Festival in April. The Spark event was our first to utilize our new art/photography hanging system located downstairs adjacent the The SPA at Elmhirst’s.
On display for the next three months, the Gallery at Elmhirst’s is once again home to stunning photography pieces. This time by husband and wife partnership, Dawn E. Macklin & E. Paul Macklin. Together, they are Hearthstone Digital Imaging. Equally compelling, Dawn’s photography passion is nature in many forms both wildlife and landscape to macro and a growing fascination with the abstract while Paul focuses on nature and portraiture. Dawn and Paul are avid travellers and their photographic journeys are evident from the Highlands of Scotland, North Carolina, the mountains of West Virginia to their cottage on Chandos Lake.
