Deposit and Payment: A $500.00 deposit is required to confirm booking. A payment schedule will be arranged which will require 90% of the estimated total being paid prior to the Wedding date. Any balance is due the day of the Wedding prior to departure, unless other payment procedures have been pre-arranged.
Cancellations: Cancellations taken six months prior to the function date refunded 50% of the deposit received. Cancellations within six months of the function will be charged 25% of the estimated total.
Decorations: The function room will be available the day of the function. Most decorations are acceptable except those that will result in any damage to the room. These include: thumbtacks, nails, scotch tape, or open flame. All decorations need to be removed the day of the function unless other arrangements have been pre-authorized. The Resort is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal articles left behind.
SOCAN Fee: A charge of $59.17 plus GST will be applied to any function using a D.J. (pre-recorded music) or live music as per the Copyright Act of Canada, (R.S.C. 1985, c.C-45) and forwarded to the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada.
