OUR KITCHEN FOODIES & SERVERS It takes a team to produce high quality food for every meal…. Chef Douglas Hope (Red Seal, shown below), Bruce Melnichuk (Pastry Chef), Dorset Mitchell (Red Seal), Daniel Plouffe (Red Seal), and Garrett Thomson (Red Seal), Robin and Meghan Sinclair are here to prepare the freshest menu ever!  Our Food & Beverage Service Manager, Nick Caulford has joined our team with experience in service and in the kitchen.  Heidi McKnight continues to greet and serve guests in the HEARTHSIDE Dining Room, WILD BLUE YONDER PUB or at a wedding/banquet. Visit our outdoor Patio for tastings and tapas. We are committed to featuring local producers as well as our our own Black Angus beef, turkeys and ducks, free-range chicken eggs, local  cheese and produce from our own garden.

HOUSEKEEPERS EXTRAORDINAIRE Our Housekeepers are responsible for ensuring all cottages are clean and orderly for every guest arrival. Spring and fall cleaning of each cottage is also a big job. The hardworking team of Theresa, Tammy, Cally, Carleigh, Michelle, Dawn, Colette and Amanda look forward to your arrival.

  OUR CONSTANT GARDENER Great gardens  come to life under the green thumb of Bob Phillips, our gardener. Each cottage has a unique herb garden. Use them when cooking at your cottage.

 

 

 

CARETAKERS OF OUR COWS & HORSES Albert Barry cares for the Certified Black Angus herd. The Hearthside Dining Room features Elmhirst’s Own Black Angus Beef on the menu. Up at the barn meet Tale Hernandez for trail rides and lessons.
