WINE CELLAR

Wine seems to taste better in an underground wine cellar, at a tasting table surrounded by bottles of Ontario’s best vintages. Our wine cellar features only Canadian wines with offerings from Niagara, Prince Edward County, North Shore of Lake Erie and the Okanagan region.

Our cellar is the pride and joy of Peter and Greg Elmhirst, who will encourage you to take in a wine tasting during your stay. Learn how to differentiate the grape varietals, try a vertical tasting or attempt describing the nose of the wine. A fun and educational experience. Private tastings may be booked for groups of 4 to 12, before or after dinner. Receptions for smaller groups may be booked as well. Wine tastings are offered each week for $10 per person. If you’re up for entertaining others, invite your guests down to the cellar for a tasting or special occasion toast. A great start to a wonderful evening!
